Does EmbroidMe do custom work?
Yes! We will look into any request you have. Just contact us at the request a quote page!!!
Can I send new staff for individual sizings?
Yes you can, or else we can come to you with a sample pack. Alternatively, we can establish an Online Company Store that is branded with your information for your staff to go to and order for themselves.
Can you make a stitch file from a digital photograph?
Yes, it is possible in most cases; depending on the quality of the photograph and the distance to the subject matter within the image. The better the photograph the better the end result.
Can you match the specific colour requirements of my logo?
Yes, we have a comprehensive range of thread colours available.
Do EmbroidMe stores have a minimum order?
On our garment orders, no! We do orders large and small, from 1-10,000. On some of our promotional items, there are some minimum order quantities. Speak to us about your needs and we can discuss the options available.
Do you sell work wear?
Yes. Work and chef wear are some of our specialty products.
Do you stock fitted garments?
Yes, we have a huge range of mens and ladies fitted garments, from t-shirts to business shirts.
If I bring my logo on a file/disk, what format works best?
Depending on your needs and the design of the garment or promotional product, many formats are viable. We will discuss this with you on a case-by-case situation. Generally the best file formats are .pdf or .eps.
My business has custom colours; can you build custom garments to suit my business?
Yes, EmbroidMe stores can provide custom casual wear to suit any business colourway needs. Come in and use our unique U-Design tool and create your own custom shirt right in our showroom!
What is the usual turnaround time for getting my embroidery work done?
It varies from job to job, but generally we can have your job complete and ready for collection within 7-10 days from your artwork approval.
What kind of deposit do you require?
We require a 50% deposit on all orders.
